Welcome to the Constantine Theater — a historic performing arts venue located in the heart of Pawhuska, Oklahoma. First opened in 1914, the theater has stood as a gathering place for music, film, dance, and community connection for over a century.
Today, the Constantine is proudly overseen by the Board of Directors for the Constantine Theater and operated entirely by volunteers. Two board members serve as the core management team, handling all day-to-day operations, event scheduling, and performance coordination. Their dedication keeps the spirit of the theater alive while maintaining its place as a meaningful venue for local and regional talent.
We are a small, community-supported organization passionate about honoring the legacy of this space. Every decision made is rooted in our commitment to preserving the theater’s historic character while offering a welcoming and safe environment for performers and guests alike.
If you’re considering hosting an event at the Constantine, we’d love to hear from you. We strive to work with performers and planners who value the charm and character of a historic, volunteer-operated space. Thank you for supporting the arts and helping us preserve this Pawhuska landmark for future generations.
